Eco Bay Hotel

Pros +

• Nice size room, comfortable beds. Wheelchair accessible ok but not in the bathroom.
• Room was clean
• Breakfast good with hot options, but unlike much of Mexico, it's extra. Room is clean.

Cons -

• There's no fridge or microwave and must pay for extra for heating. No grab bars in the shower or by the toilet. This is a must have for wheelchair accessible room. Bathroom door is too narrow for standard size wheelchairs.
• Couldnt find my reservation then charged me full rate. I slipped on a puddle on the stairs and dropped the remote they didnt want to give me my id back. It wasnt until I found the back of the remote in the bushes they were willing to give me my id back. They then said they were going to charge me for the reservation until I spoke with the manager
• 1) absolutely nothing in the room, not even water or cups. 2) Internet was spotty, and there's this weird system with passwords printed out and change every day. Why? 3) paying extra for breakfast. Also coffee is always bad in this part of Mexico. 4) first room we were shown had a really small bed for two and little light. 5) neighborhood is safe but not exactly pretty. Nuevo Kino is much nicer.
