- Excellent facilities
- Clean, comfortable and convenient. Food was great and so was the pool.
- Close to Cancun airport.
Cons -
- Poor customer service
- Airport hotel? When checking in was given choice of aiport shuttle times of 5:00 am or 6:30 am for my 8:00 am international flight. There were no whashcloths and no soap in the shower. Come on Hilton.
- Communication with shuttle service is thru WhatsApp, told us to wait at a location outside the airport which was difficult to find. AirPort staff had a hard time finding it, finally they did
