- The location was amazing! I LOVED walking through the jungle! It is large enough that you can be away from the crowds or you can hang out in The Plaza and listen to the music.
- The best of this resort was 1.) food quality and variety 2.) customer service 3.) cleanliness. We are vegetarians and most definitely found few vegan vegetarian options in all restaurants. Each building has its own ambassador for that building guests!!!
- I loved how every villa had a pool
Cons -
- The day we arrived, it rained, and the stairways and our room floor were dangerously slippery. The 90 minute wait time for dinner because tables were being saved in case Members wanted one. Our Ambassador, did not do the things se said she was gong to do.
- We had issues with hot water the last night before our check out which wasn¿t resolved until we left. I was disappointed as I have a baby. Also, there are NO vegan deserts in any of the restaurants! These are the big two things that I did not like.
- Very spread out. Had to take a shuttle many places to get around
