Pros +
- Hotel employee! We knew her from the previous resort she came from, great person, we just love her.
- Very clean, very friendly staff and quiet beautiful natural surroundings
- The size was perfect, accomodations were updated due to an injury and the Experience Staff.
Cons -
- Beach front was small. Short-staffed, workers were friendly but overwhelmed. Bartenders at pool were not friendly. There was only one person at the coffee shop preparing drinks and serving at the counter, people lined up and waited.
- There is no screen on the sliding doors, the first room we went into was just cleaned and the smell of their cleaner was very strong. Luckily we had changed rooms to a bottom floor level. The Pool where the action was could use some update.
- Spa should improve the hot tub area. Music at fun pool was way too loud.
