Pros +
- Getting a real tropical feel walking through the tree covered paths, the wildlife, the cow and donkey, the nature signs and ability to honor Loved Ones with messages on strips of ribbon. The evening shows were good as well.
- the location, the beach and the shows were great and we had a great day fishing with the captains working for the hotel.
- The beach was nice and the resort¿s location.
Cons -
- It was too large, we walked vs taking the shuttle because it was generally too full. Our family was scattered between the Family section, Hacienda, and Adults section which made getting to the rooms cumbersome. Our room had very low water pressure.
- issues with the toilet & the safe not working.couldnt get our money out of the safe in time to go downtown with some friends. Had to wait for someone to come open the safe,so we began locking valuables & money in luggage with a keyed padlock instead.
- Staff was not that friendly, but helpful. There was no beach service and all drinks were watered down. Resort restaurants were not easily accessible for reservations.
