Pros +
- Close to the Cozumel ferry terminal The helpful maintanence staff.
- For me the best thing was the restaurant ChanPan, the breakfast is very good with a low price, also the location is good because its a block away from the 5th avenue.
Cons -
- Strong smell chemical smell in the room. No staff in reception. There was only a telephone number for emergencies. When I arrived from a long journey they offered me an apartament because the AC in my room did not work and should be fixed during the evening. The problem was that there was no water in the apartment! I left this hotel one day in advance.
