- the food could use some improvement
- There wasn't really anything I disliked but it is a very large complex. So be prepared to walk alot or allot time for the golf cart style shuttles for pick up.

Staff and services were outstanding!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location was full of the sound of birds and nature & shuttle was available. The options for food were decent and the hours are very good. The pools were very good.
The staff that checked us in around 3am did not know what she was doing-took a long time w/o explaining why, gave us wrong info on restaurants.Shower was broken, requested to get fixed,nobody showed up.Had family member fixed it.
