Pros +
- The hotel was the perfect size to easily navigate. The hotel was clean and very pretty.
- staff was very nice everywhere we went. Big Time!!! beach is well located and pools are great. rooms very clean and spacious. everything working good
- Friendly and very welcoming.
Cons -
- The entertainment was lacking. You would go long periods of time during the day without any music or activities. I have stayed at a lot of all inclusivs and this by far was the worst for entertainment/activities. Also the food was HORRIBLE!

- Sketchy COVID testing and they tried to swindle 25 dollars out of me in cash for test even though it was free and I offered to pay via card. Test was done in 30 seconds and results were printed before test was administered.

It was located close to where I needed to be.
The wifi instructions were completely unclear and staff was not helpful about it.
