- The staff and the quietness and darkness of the room at night.
- Great location and staff
- The location was perfect since it is on the heart of downtown.
Cons -
- We waiting a lot for the valet parking to arrive to our car. The hotel has a private parking lot 5 blocks from the hotel and the only way to go in and out is trough the parking lot.
- the rooms are very dark, the water [shower] was not consistent - temperature constantly turned from cold to hot to cold again
