- The staff is amazing. So kind, helpful, and top notch. This includes those who waited on us at breakfast, reception, housekeeping, and the young men who helped take our bags to our room. The location is perfect. Delicious breakfast
- Location near city center was perfect
- Gosh what's not to like about this hotel. It was super clean and the staff was incredibly attentive and kind. It's right off of the pedestrian road, so it was fun to see the parades and locals go through. The breakfast was delicious too!
Cons -
- The hotel is on a beautiful street and has stunning architecture. I love the ancient green stone throughout, the potted plants, ironwork, fountain, sculptures. I think that the decor should be changed to match and complement the beauty of the building.
