was given a room that had the view of the parking garage, and was still very noisy during the night.
It should not be considered a 4 star hotel. It look like a 2.5 or 3 star hotel to me. it needs a lot of renovations.
The restroom was very dirty I could see hair and other trash on the floor from past guests. I had to use my wet shoes to shower. The TV signal was terrible and wifi was not functional. Continental breakfast was also decadent (bare min.)

The staff was very pleasant and it was a decent place to stay for the price.
