Hotel 5a Avenida has a good central location in Monterrey. It is 5 minutes’ walk to the city center. Free WiFi and free private parking in site are available. All rooms are air-conditioned and have private bathroom, cable TV, telephone and wake-up service. The hotel has a Mexican food restaurant open for customers from 7:30 am to 10 pm. Important spots of the city are near, such as Parque Fundidora (14 minutes’ drive), F.U. Gómez bus station (5 minutes’ drive), Arena Monterrey (10 minutes’ drive) and Cintermex Convention Center (10 minutes’ drive). The location allows the guest to be well communicated.

- Gente fuma en espacios no fumar. En la pÃÂágina se ve un alberca.no hay alberca..el desayuno consiste en un huevo..finales 2 panecillos y cafÃÂé MUY malo ..no cambian sabanas diario.. en general no vuelvo JAMAS.
- The toilet had no seat. dead roach on shower, air conditioning was not enough !!! Only stayed there one night.. changed hotel !!!
