They sent an email asking for the deposit which did not match with booking terms of reservation. They said that they were full but once there the hotel has vacancy enough. The toilet paper was very cheap, the pillow were old and the towels seemed very old and used. The hours for making the payment where very short and specific and they dont say it before when you book. The common area was very dirty, seems that it had not been cleaned in years. The whole vibe of the hotel felt old and dirty.
