• In my room It dont have a towels it was horrible Please improve that part
• Horrible Everyone and everything. From The kitchen to the Manager . From The service desk to the room . We arrived and the stuff rude when we asked questions. Room had dirty towels all brown and they argued they didnt have any other towels. Entire Room all dirty and freezing cold smelling humidity. We asked if had heather and they again were rude saying the same Sorry we dont that is how it is , with no giving any comfort solution and my daughters were to compete next day and got sick . Stuff never there and or answering nothing . We called booking and they said couldnt do anything because the hotel needed to give us a solution . So I am surprise booking doesnt have any control or said on any of this and leave up to hotels like this to keep foreign their services bad as they do . Booking said , we are just middle man selling the rooms , its a nightmare try to solve anything once paid , we asked them to cancel or reimburse and hotel Said nope , you need to call booking . And booking said talk to hotel . Jajaja its a joke this nonsense back and forth. At the end we are the ones paying shit hotels trusting booking will back up their customers but they rely on hotels and hotels like this do nothing , all they are after is the money not the service and well being Of customers - Kitchen - they also rude and service you like If you are Asking for free, food all Dry and never fresh - the baddest thing was that when they see people well dressed or anything like that , they serve them differently saying , they paid different FOOD , I am like what ??? So I didnt pay my food ? We asked many times to see Manager and never came to us I WOULD NEVER PAY IN ADVANCE BEFORE CHECKING THIS ROOMS - I WOLD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL Last thing THIS HOTEL IS SHARED WITH A MOTEL ONLY DIFFERENT ENTRANCES - SO THEY USED THE SAME STUFF FROM THE MOTEL LIKE TOWELS BLANKETS - nasty . And you can see From the broken gym the motel Rooms
