- 1. Constant noise coming from the pool, disturbing my sleep!! To escape the noise I closed the doors to the terrace but then the room became too warm, then I turned the AC on but was noisy again. I couldn’t sleep well after all.2. The working desk has no charging sockets, and hasn’t office chair
- The fitness room is outdated and no gym carpet available. The water wasn’t draining well in the sink of the bathroom. No fridge available in the room, we had a deluxe room with a small pool in the terrace but the room was too small. No room rate with breakfast included available.

After decades coming over and over it is still a beautiful hotel with amazing gardens. The staff was very helpful, the kids club was great too.
The kids pool was cold. So cold that they were not able to enjoy it. The rooms should have carpets in this climate. The previous floors were much nicer.
The larger pool with slides for the kids was great! Service at the pool and restaurant were also great.
The bedding and pillows are old and dingy. The room smells musty. The smaller kid's splash pool wasn't functioning during our stay.
