- The staff are perfect, always helpful and friendly
- Staff was pleasant.
Cons -
- music was terrible coming from the bar at the beach, Our room was 40 feet from the noise
- It could be less humid in the room. The bacon at buffet is also tasteless. We went instead to Pancake in Zona Roamticia. Hotel employee at breakfast is a wonderful waiter.
- Definitely not the star level described. Rate selected included free breakfast but the hotel did NOT honor that agreement. Upgraded to all inclusive and it was a total mistake. Does not include all restaurants & reservations are extremely limited.

Staff was pleasant.
