- Every staff member and every aspect of customer service was exceptional.
- People working there
- Kids Club, Food, Ambient. We love this hotel and will come back.
Cons -
- There was modest construction on the property during the daytime. Slight noise at the pool, otherwise no interference with our experience.
- The hotel was under renovation so there was a lot of noice and areas of the hotel were closed, i do not think the hotel is at a westin level at this moment
- We ate dinner at El Palamar and the food was meh, which we find is usually the case at these large hotels/resorts

The room was very clean, bed super comfortable. Love the pool with swim up bar and hot tub. Hotel staff were very friendly.
We ate dinner at El Palamar and the food was meh, which we find is usually the case at these large hotels/resorts
