Hurricane policy 2016: The policy will go into effect once the Mexican National Weather Center issues a hurricane watch to the area of Banderas Bay, Puerto Vallarta. Anticipated Departures – Clients with early departures due to hurricane threat will receive a certificate for the remaining unused nights. Certificate is non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash. Clients must re-book within 30 days. No Shows – No show penalties will be waived up to 3 days after hurricane strikes. Rescheduling – When wishing to postpone their vacation, the Hotels will allow rescheduling without a change fee and will guarantee the original rate to travel by December 20th, 2016, subject to availability. The reservation is not transferrable and any additional guests or nights will be booked at current rate. Cancelations – There will be no penalties for all passengers scheduled to travel within 72 Hours or less before a hurricane strikes. Guests must cancel through the same channel they booked their trip. This policy applies to individual travelers only. For group reservations, please contact your Groups Executive. Special conditions apply for reservations of 6 rooms or more, please contact the Hotel for more information. This policy is subject to change without prior notice. • Privileged location of the property 5 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport, as well as 15 minutes from the center of Puerto Vallarta by car. • In the surrounding area there are ATMs, pharmacies and convenience stores, as well as a wide variety of restaurants and bars, within a distance of no more than 5 minutes walking. • We have theme nights and live music. Check with reception for schedules. • The hotel is located 1640 feet from the beach, where you can find lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as a selection of drinks and dry snacks. In addition, we offer transportation upon request at no additional cost, with a schedule from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Kindly note that the beach is not private. • To make your stay more pleasant, we have additional charge services such as premium food and beverage menus, spa services, etc. Contact guest services for more information. • We have additional beds and cribs available at the property (subject to availability), if required, please contact us by this means or at the time of registration. • Please present official identification or passport at the time of registration. If you are staying with minors, please present CURP or documents that prove family ties and/or permission from the minor's parents. • Check the dates of your stay, number of registered people, room type, as well as payment and cancellation policies to guarantee your reservation before your arrival. • If you are looking for a room of a higher category or with a greater number of guests, you will have to pay the difference between the reserved room and the required room at the reception or contact your travel agency. • We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the check-in time which starts at 3:00 PM, check-out time is 12:00 PM.
