- The customer service, they were all very attentive to my questions and very polite.

- It's a little difficult find
- A bit better service with bath towels and an ice machine would be good too as it was hot and drinks got hot fast.
- Well, to many it may not be bad but for me it was the cable, not very many channels, was trying to catch the NBA games but no american channels so apart from that, it was it.
