- Staff were most helpful, polite.
- The suite was terrible. The window looked directly onto a black brick wall. you had to have the lights on all of the time. The toilet was badly cracked. The so called suite was in fact a fairly small dark room.

- POOR MAINTNANCE ON THE BATHROOM SHOWER HEAD, THE SHOWER HEAD WAS BROKEN AN DID NOT ENJOY IT. THE RESTAURANT IS VERY HOT AND WARM WITH NO AIR CONDITIONING AND STAFF DID NOT HAVE A MENU AVAILABLE.
- Bed linen was just about the worst I have ever experienced, and the method of setting out the linen was just as bad. Also, the room window faced a solid concrete wall only a few feet from the building.
- We checked out immediately but did stay the first night. We were penalized the price of one night even though we told them on arrival that we could not stay in this room. This is not a luxury hotel.

reservation claimed free breakfast. hotel DID NOT honor this promise. Very disappointed.
