- The customer service at the Reception Desk was SUPERB, the gal at Reception, was EXCELLENT! She deserves a raise and a promotion! She was very accommodating the entire stay.

- Elevators were a huge issue, took an average of 15 -20 minutes waiting time to get in an elevator, to and from the room, doors would just not open. One elevator was broken for a several days, then another elevator was broken for another secant days.
