Offering an outdoor pool and a restaurant, Casa Kaukan is located on a beautiful beach outside of Zihuatanejo. It features lush gardens and spacious suites overlooking the pool. Each suite here is air-conditioned and includes a seating area, mini-bar and a private bathroom with a shower, bath and hairdryer. They also include a private patio, while some have views of the pool or Pacific Ocean. Guests at Casa Kaukan will find restaurants and bars within a 5-minute drive, while Zihuatanejo is just 6.2 mi away. Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo International Airport is a 15-minute drive from the property.

- I enjoyed the tranquility. I felt like I was the only guest there, only to find out later there were other people staying there. It is quiet. The room was spacious and had a kitchenette. The AC worked perfectly. The room was exceptionally clean. I also enjoyed the food. The restaurant is not heavily advertised, but when traveling alone, it nice to stay in for meals especially after dark. Alfredo arranged safe taxi travel for me. I felt safe and at peace at Casa Kau-Kan. I would absolutely recommend Casa Kau-Kan to friends and family. I would like to stay there again.
