This beachfront hotel features 4 outdoor swimming pools and a fitness center. Most of the hotel’s rooms offer ocean views. There is a golf course 30 minutes' drive away. All rooms at HS HOTSSON Hotel Acapulco feature an elegant décor with contemporary furnishings. Each room includes a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a telephone and ironing facilities. The private bathroom with shower includes free toiletries and a hairdryer. Guests can enjoy Mexican or international food at one of the hotel’s restaurants. - The only thing I like is that it had his own beach.
- The location and the modern look
- It's clean, pools are great, location perfect. They Hage vastly improved check in and out process. The elevator are working fine. We got room service for breakfast and it was beautifully presented. Covid precautions adhered to.
Cons -
- The beds are very uncomfortable (mattress is super hard) Restroom smelled nasty all of the time, shower door was damage , didn¿t close There was mold on the walls of the shower ¿¿ We request water and front desk said wasn¿t complementary!!!!
- Elevators were crowded most of the time
- check in. Check out. Problems on both ends. Long lines. 2 elevators not working.
