- The staff tried to help me many times, but couldn?t fix the problem
- On a quiet street, but still close enough via a 5 min. uber to get to the main part of Polanco. Very friendly staff and nice rooms.
- Clean hotel friendly staff room size
Cons -
- The wifi was only working in certain areas of the property.
- The lighting in the rooms is poor, could use brighter, warmer lighting.
