- The hotel is located on a busy street, but the traffic noise was minimal. The onsite restaurant had excellent breakfast options (both a la carte & buffet). My single room had everything I needed (iron, blow dryer, fridge, safe, complimentary toiletries).

- While the room was clean there was a musty, humid smell that appeared to be coming from the carpet. Thankfully I was able to open the window to air out the room. The room was also small/tight and, but functional.
- We request a taxi from hotel to the airport and got a quote for $300 pesos at the airport the taxi driver charged $480 pesos it’s better to use uber
- We ha several issues, from not towels to only one sheet in the bed , to horrible experience at the restaurant

Great hotel on the busy central Avenue. Loved that it was between Centro and the famous tourist neighbourhoods. The staff were incredibly friendly despite my poor Spanish. Wonderful service and nice room! As a solo traveller I felt welcome and safe.
I had a great experience here. I was worried about the language barrier but just do your best and be kind. Use Google Translate if needed. Nice hotel in a great spot with a good restaurant and cafe! Lots of English and Spanish speaking guests. Thank you!
