Pros +
- Most staff were great especially the breakfast service but they kept blocking the stairway which was access to our room trying to force use of the elevator and provided no explanation.
- Very pretty ambiance and good location in the central downtown area. Rooms are simple yet interesting.
- The location was great. Room very stylish.
Cons -
- The bathroom offered NO privacy
- Dysfunctional staff- took forever to respond to our emails/calls & did not communicate between shifts. Wrong room- we paid for a King room & got a Queen. They ended up upgrading us the last 2 nights, but they should have gotten it right from the start.
- Asked for a pick up at the airport and it arrived 1 1/2 later. Obviously they forgot. Room not made up on second day.

Very pretty ambiance and good location in the central downtown area. Rooms are simple yet interesting.
