- Cleanliness of property, 24 Hour Desk, Valet parking, proximity to local activities
- Excellent location, pretty neighborhood. Great restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. The metro is nearby, Ubers come quickly. I stayed here twice, and both my rooms were extremely clean. Very hot water in the shower that lasts forever. Very comfortable bed.
Cons -
- It's an old hotel & needs renovations. The breakfast buffet is good, but the coffee is often room temperature and I have to ask them to heat it. The staff is polite, helpful and accommodating, but a few of them are rather cold and dry in their demeanor.
