Located beside Tijuana’s Baja California University, this modern hotel offers a free continental breakfast, free Wi-Fi and free parking. It is 8 minutes’ drive from the airport and 5 minutes from Otay Garita Bus Station. Air-conditioned rooms at City Express Tijuana Otay feature carpeted floors, a seating area and cable TV. There is a work desk and the private bathroom comes with a shower. There is an á la carte Deli and vending machines for drinks and snacks. Room service is available, and several famous restaurants are located on the same road as the hotel. The hotel has 24-hour reception and can arrange an airport shuttle or tours. The center of Tijuana is a 10-minute drive away, and also the Templo Tijuana Mexico.

- They charged me for the room and when I got there they told me they didn¿t have any rooms available so I had to go somewhere else and they still charged me ¿ they never awnser the phone either
- Location. Very close to the US Consulate
- The customer service and the attentiveness of the staff.
Cons -
- Looks dirty right now because construction and staff didn¿t help at check in
- No body informed me about a construction on the hotel it could be nice so I could take the proper steps to select another hotel. I have to ask 3 tomes for pillows and towels. No place to have the complimentary breakfast.
- I had allergies all night due to the excessive amount of cleaning products they used in the room
