- location I grew up and was born in Ensenada. I remember when they built that hotel and I expected what it really is.
- The location
- the staff is very polite, location is in good area and the swimming pool is big.
Cons -
- need Jacuzzi, and fast pass to cross border one off the reason i chose that but for my surprise don't have
- Yes. They charged me for 4 nights but I only stayed for 3 nights and they had no money to give me a refund and could not credit my credit card back. They told me I could dispute the charge with my credit card company. It still has not been resolved.
- They give you the hotel after 3pm no less and the swimming pool water was salty. Room is missing microwave, freezer for the price.
