- Nothing. My total experience was terrible, and I was overcharged.
Cons -
- No heating or cooling in room and the night temperature was in the 40's F. No blankets on bed. It was impossible to sleep. When I asked for a heater, they said no. When I asked for blankets, they wanted money. More issues.
