Pros +
- - The staff are very nice, they are bilingual: Spanish and English. - They were very enthusiastic. - I like the location since it is close to the touristic attractions, and the room is very clean, organized and modern. - Secure parking lot.
- Everything was very good, the location of the hotel, the parking lot was controlled. You felt confident to leave your car. The size of the room was perfect. I was able to rest very well. The bathroom was super nice and with hot water
- The location and layout was great. And very happy for the parking.
Cons -
- - The pool closes at 9pm and the restaurant closes at 10pm. After the pool, we were trying to rush into shower so we can get some food but it was apparently too late.
- They were two things that I didn't feel comfortable were that one side of the curtain was broken and you could see inside the room and the other was that I killed a spider.
- It was a little noisy because all the floors are on tile. Which is cleaner than carpet. It would help if all the laundry carts were quiet wheels. Not shopping carts.

Location and resruant were great.
Staff was rud they do not like there jobs. You ask them quistions . They seam to be forced to answer you.
