- Hotel employee was very very helpful and made our stay just perfect. He is a great employee
- Perfect location close to all the attractions, shops and transportations. The hotel staff were excellent and always helpful. The manager was great and gave us an upgrade. Wonderful stay and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul
- The name only - and that too did not stand up to comparable Best Western properties. We will initiate remedial measures once we land back in the US in a couple of weeks. This was a huge disappointment.

- It's neither Best, nor Western. Water damage and massive patch of bad flooring. Room 502 shower had massive patches of some chemical that had scarred the bath tub. Breakfast was mediocre and low grade with not much options.
