The Bealey Quarter offers three distinct Accommodations offerings, which ensures we have the right rooms to suit your every need and budget. From Corporate Studios, Sunny Garden Court Rooms, and Lodge accommodations we have everything to suit travelers, groups and corporations alike. Guests can enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant or a drink at the bar. All rooms have free unlimited WIFI, heating and access to all our onsite facilities including a shared kitchen, laundry, BBQ, Movie room, pool table and picnic area. All rooms have a smart flat-screen TV, private bathroom, kettle, fridge and a desk. Other rooms have access to shared bathroom facilities. Victoria Street is 0.7 mi from All Stars Inn on Bealey, while Christchurch Art Gallery is 0.9 mi away. The nearest airport is Christchurch Airport, 5.6 mi from the property. Continental breakfast is available each morning at the restaurant for an additional charge.

Please inform The Bealey Quarter of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of NZD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a security bond will be pre-authorized on your card upon check in. The Bealey is open from 07:00 for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and guests will receive a 10% discount by showing their room key. We have limited parking available during peak times and weekends. Please note that off-street parking is available on a first come first serve basis and our bar may also be busy. There is plenty of additional free street parking also. We have over 50 free spaces on-site, but please note during busy periods we can not guarantee your free parking space.

Place looked exactly as shown on pictures, the place is well maintained and feels welcoming
Everything. For the price it was great. Nice clean spacious room and the pub next door was a great place to eat and drink.

Cons -

No ventilation for fresh air at night apart from opening the large sliding door which is a safety risk. Don't stay in a Lodge room in summer! Parking for the whole complex is limited and you often have to park on the street a good block or more away.
The staff were very basic with information, no information for laundry or kitchen was given, what facilities on site were available, check out information was not given and when I went for check out the staff member was corse and unprofessional
