Aotea Motel is a Kiwi owned and operated Christchurch property located on the Bealey Ave strip, we offer exceptional friendly service. For the past 40 years, we have been providing comfortable, clean and affordable accommodations for individuals, families and groups, a home away from home and very easy to find.

It could offer us a two bedroom apartment,perfect for snorers. Lol. Even better was that the two bedrooms were separated by the lounge. No ear plugs required. I slept like a baby. Beds very comfortable.

Cons -

Kitchen and bathroom are a little dated..but perfectly acceptable for our expectations and the cost.Maneuvering vehicles in the carpark a little difficult but doable. Couch was uncomfortable for sitting, in addition to being a little soiled.
