Pros +
- Location is great, very close to the Sky Tower and central business district and the harbor. It's just a few minutes' walk to any point in the CBD. The hotel was clean and appeared to be quite new. No outside noises intruded.
- The staff were wonderful, very accommodating and friendly. The location is centrally located.
Cons -
- No 24 hr reception.
- The dishwasher didn't work. There was a notice on the front that looked like it had been there for quite a while saying that the machine didn't work and would be serviced. It shouldn't take more than a day or two to swap out a dishwasher for a new one.
- Booked a King Studio, was ¿upgraded¿ to an accessible room w/ a queen bed. We needed to do laundry, but the room had a combination washer/dryer that was small and took a long time to complete a load. The bathroom got all wet with the open shower, not good
