Pros +
- Location is excellent. Walking distance to everything. Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff.
- Its proximity to Spark Stadium, the cleanliness and welcoming staff.
- Location is very good to the cruise docks, Ferry Building and the downtown area. The room was very modern & quite clean. Daily cleaning staff did an excellent job. The front desk personnal, particularly Cadell, were informative & helpful. Would recommend.
Cons -
- Its right by Spark Arena. If theres a big event, the streets get clogged. Wasnt an issue for me, but good to know.
- Only that there is no smoking area.
- Would prefer more closet space. Had negative experience first morning in the restaurant downstairs so chose to go elsewhere the remainder of our visit.

Quiet, at the edge of but with easy walking access to the main waterfront area.
