- Location and cleanliness but having no room service results to messy (after long days out and your room still messy when come back, no tea or coffee set (not replenished. Call reception and wait there for 5 to 10 minutes for a service even for towel etc)
- Clean and close to where I needed to be
- All great and available
Cons -
- Would be great, if room service being done at least alternate days, towel change had to be requested now and then (very embarrassing had to do every now and then). Otherwise, room were great
- The check in procedure was abysmal
