Cosy Central Apartment - Charming Building

• So central
• location and amenities
• it was nicely styled but was overlooked by a large glass office who can see directly in the only window,

Cons -

• keys and the treasure hunt for key. omg I cant tell you how miserable they are in terms of collecting keys . how can you expect everyone to play opus magnum right after arriving from international airport? customer support is a big denial. you can not say check email for every problem when guest is at the street and waiting to get inside the property. this is so shameful that they did not bother what we were facing being with family and waiting at the streets. so if you are fine with staying at destination A and picking the key from destination B. more than welcome but they can not play this hide n seek game with every guest who is booking . rest is ok
• location was noisy, bed was uncomfortable, pillows were overused and uncomfortable staff service was terrible. they were hard to contact and trying to get the key was problematic as its in a different site but they dont disclose that until the day of travel.
