- Front desk service was excellent.
- The location was outstanding.
Cons -
- vomit all through room, unhygienic, still waiting for explanation from hotel as to why we were given a room which was below public health standards.
- When booking I mistakenly forgot to add my two kids to the booking. I would have accepted a reasonable fee but the hotel wanted to charge me --$ which is ridiculous. We got a hotel room elsewhere for a lot less than --$ and lost our booking at Waldorf
- Construction across the street was noisy. However, there is construction everywhere (subway being built), so not sure any other hotel would be quieter.

Front desk service was excellent.
Construction across the street was noisy. However, there is construction everywhere (subway being built), so not sure any other hotel would be quieter.
