Heartland Hotel Auckland Airport offers a free 24-hour airport shuttle service and air-conditioned rooms. Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool with spa pool. Heartland Hotel is located in the Airpark Business Center, 5 minutes’ drive from Auckland Airport and Butterfly Creek. Auckland city center is a 25-minute drive away. All rooms contain a refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities. The private bathrooms include free toiletries and a hairdryer. Some rooms also have a kitchenette. The Lobby Bar serves a range of refreshing drinks and light meals. Alternatively, there are a number of restaurants and cafés within a 5-minute drive.

A damage deposit of NZD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. The shuttle leaves every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour, and runs on demand only. Guests who require a pick up from the airport should phone 0800 404 204. Pickup locations: - Domestic - Door 7 (Jetstar end of the terminal) - International - Exit Door 8 and follow signage to 'Off-site Shuttle Transfers'. Wait in pickup lane 5 or 6 for our hotel shuttle. - Very comfortable bed. Airport shuttle was great.
- Convenience to the airport Two way shuttle service to the airport Check in process Food available in the hotel.
- Our dinner was quite good.
Cons -
- I booked a king bed for my partner and I and instead we got a double bed and a twin bed. Very unsatisfied and when we complained they did not attempt to help. They also gave us a wake up call at 7 am when not requested and tea kettle was broken
