- 1. The hotel is relatively new, we impressed with the cleanliness and good smell since we stepped into the hotel. 2. Our room is in the corner, very good view of Susukino and also very silent. The room is large and very comfortable. 3. Breakfast is served as set, was nice. But, not that delicious. 4. Location was superb, easily access to the subway and Susukino area.
Cons -
- 1. The main concern of our stay was the night bar, the music was "SUPER LOUD!" I could barely speak with my wife. We ended up going to the bar outside the hotel. 2. The coins they provide for the bar, just 5 coins. Most of the drinks were more than 6-10 coins. Thats mean you have very limited choice and probably need to pay more for just a decent drink in the night bar. We paid for the corner room, may be better with more coins than the inferior room? Just an opinion. 3. There was one male staff, he tried to manage the check-out box in the elevator while we are using the elevator. It took 1-2 minutes, we were waiting and he did not say anything even excuse me or sorry for let us standing there and wait for him to collect the card. He did it like we were invisible. This is a very bad manner for service job.
