Location was a quick 5 min walk from Hakata which was really convenient. The location is near to all required amenties. The hotel is abit small with no lobby, but there is a kitchen for seating. The room is abit small too but still comfty.
Great location, room was a comfortable size. Nice to have the free amenities down stairs.
There is a variety of food for breakfast, including some local dishes. Even you are picky, you won't be disappointed.

Cons -

Room was a bit small but was still sufficient.
The room is really small, not big enough for two people, even though we are not big guys. It is difficult for two to move around in it. Another bad thing for my stay is that almost 90% of my room's view (also other 01 rooms on different floors) is blocked by a car parking building.
