- The hotel was fairly clean and staff were helpful
- Multi lingual support and a friendly staff.
- The staff is excellent, super helpful and really wants to help. This was our 2nd stay with Hearton Hotel.
Cons -
- This hotel should have 2 star not 3 star
- I was under the impression that check in was 12:30 and upon arrival at 1pm I was told that my room would not be available until 4pm check in that day. That is bad service.
