- Location and cleanliness was superb. The bathroom, though small, had all the necessities. The bathtub was small but perfect for the space.
- Staff
- The location was very close to Tokyo Station. This was the main reason I chose this hotel. I needed to catch an early airport bus and this hotel was only a 5-minute walk from the airport bus terminal at Tokyo Station.
Cons -
- Bed was linked sleeping on a slab of granite.
- The bed was very uncomfortable.?hard like the floor
- Coffee packs, while free, were not provided in the room. They needed to be requested from the front desk. Other items such as body lotion needed to be purchased instead of being provided for free.
