- Beautiful and clean hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location, Close to Tokyo Station and other train stations. Rooms were a great size for Japan. Well-appointed and comfortable,

- They are the best. The staff is super professional & super helpful. Very informative. They go above and beyond to help their customers. The location is great and walkable to shopping malls & restaurants. I 100% recommend them. Amazing staff!
Cons -
- When our booking didn't have breakfast, which I thought it did, the staff explained what it was, and it really was not value for money. We received two free drinks, but not to drink them at the bar, which did not encourage me to stay and drink more.
- I had a brown plastic bag with toothpaste, shaving cream, other toiletries and prescription medication, which the cleaning staff apparently decided was garbage and threw away. The hotel should train its staff not to touch guests possessions.
