Pros +
- Small hotel 15 minute walk from Shinagawa Station. Small room which had the essentials and was fine for my overnight stay before catching the morning Shinkansen. Convenience store two doors down. Only a 30 minute, ¥330 train ride from Haneda Airport
- The room setup was very nice. i had a corner unit with 2 windows overlooking the street. It almost had a full kitchen with a cook top and microwave.

- It was slightly noisy from the street traffic but not bad. No elevator.
