Pros +
- Great location in Ginza, courteous staff members and cleanliness of the facility.
- Clean and location
- The room was designed well and the breakfast buffet was excellent.
Cons -
- The rooms were very small but efficient. It was fine for me but anyone other than petite, would find the rooms very small and cramped. Most westerners and families would find the rooms small & cramped. I was solo and petite so I was ok. A mini bar be nice
- The hotel bar was ehh. They charge a cover which is fine if they have another bar option but they don't. The music was good but I could have cared less about it. I just wanted to have a drink but I didn't have a choice about paying the cover.
- It is ridiculous that the hotel restaurant do not accept children for dinner. Try to have lunch one day. And was told all full.
