- Convenient location, close to the subway!
- The customer service was excellent.
- The location. The onsen on-site was cool as well.
Cons -
- Hotel room was a little too small. The washer and dryer didn't work well. Clothes weren't dry even after an hour in the dryer. The toilet seat wasn't warmed up! If you visit japan, you'll understand what I mean.
- More seating areas in the lobby would be great since many people are there after check out or are waiting for check in. It was also challenging to understand how to adjust the room temp knowing that the hotel is using central air.
- There was a strong mildew smell in the bathroom. The restaurant was closed most evenings.
