In the event that the Hotel suspects that the guest is abusing the program and not acting in good faith, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the all-inclusive package immediately without refunds. In this case, the hotel levies a 10,000 THB Fine per guest at the hotel's discretion. 9. Hotel reserves the right to deny service of alcoholic drinks to guests who appear to be intoxicated to a point that could be a danger to self and others at the hotel’s own discretion. 10.
