The Palms offers spacious and luxurious accommodations just a short walk from the white sands and blue waters of Kamala Beach. The resort features 2 large swimming pools. Modern suites at The Palms Kamala have a private terrace with either pool views or pool access. Each suite has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and dining area. Amenities include flat-screen TVs and DVD players. Guests can work out at the fully equipped fitness center overlooking the pool. Water activities include parasailing, wakeboarding and kayaking. The resort offers car or bike rentals and laundry services. Fusions Restaurant offers an international menu. Cocktails are served at the Lounge Bar and Pool Bar. The Palms, Kamala Beach - SHA Extra Plus is only a 10 minute drive from lively Patong, which offers a variety of entertainment, shopping and nightlife options.

Pros +
- The room was amazing. It has a balcony that overlooks the swimming pool and has a good amount of light. The breakfast buffet downstairs was very good and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Cons -
- The location was very isolated. Compared to Patong Beach and maybe other parts of Kamala beach, this wasn't the best place to be as a solo traveler. I imagine for couples and families this is a very good location.
